Jazzy 88.9 WCSU and the arts community sends its condolences to the family of Jerry Gillotti.
Jerry has been the face of jazz entertainment in the Miami Valley area for decades. Gilly’s has brought a long list of jazz greats to the Dayton, Ohio area that helped make Gilly’s one of the more recognizable jazz clubs in America. Jerry was also instrumental in support for past fundraisers for Jazzy 88.9 WCSU.
Jerry passed away on Thanksgiving. He was 80.
