Jazzy 88.9 WCSU broadcasted live a special remembrance for former General Manager Edwin Clay on Friday October 6 at 5 pm.
Edwin Clay passed away in late 2016 & had served as WCSU Interim General Manager for the last several years. He also hosted the Jazz Gallery. Among those who honored him include Dr. Cynthia Jackson-Hammond, President of Central State University, Biz Talk host Joshua I. Smith & current WCSU General Manager Dr. Robert Franklin. Rojene Bailey, host of "BluesTime In The City" & Bob Baldwin, host of "The New UrbanJazz Lounge made prerecorded remarks during Destination Jazz.
